Was I REALLY that big?

Well, here are the pictures someone wanted! Me holding up my size 64 pants (with picture proof of tag showing size) pulling a 'Subway Jared'.

I still have a long ways to go (want to get to 44 size pants, am down to 54 size pants), but I thought you'd love to see the progress i've made.

Me last summer while i was at my biggest: http://www.hisholyspace.com/view_pho...hoto_id=122459

Size of my pants: http://www.hisholyspace.com/view_pho...hoto_id=122458

Me 'pulling a Jared' with those pants: http://www.hisholyspace.com/view_pho...hoto_id=122457

Hope you all enjoy!

Wow! BIG difference Frank... looking handsome (in a purely heterosexual way, not that there's anything wrong with that).

I'm not losing any weight but my fat is shrinking and I'm gaining muscle. I can wear a size 42 pants now (down from 46 3 months ago) and I can easily rep 250lbs and max 350lbs on the bench press.

My shoulders and upper back are starting to look sculpted, I've lost a lot of thigh meat but my stomach and chest still have some ways to go. I may have to take a snapshot....

Yeah one of the best things for people to do is to cut back on soda.

1. Wife wouldn't buy pop anymore. Just water or juice

2. The nearest fast-food joint of ANY type is about a 35 minute drive away... I couldn't justify gas just for a burger-jones

3. Christina made sure I kept with my promise to eat only 1 plate at a meal, no snacks, and if I got hungry, to drink water till I was full.

It's known as willpower. You decide not to or to do something, and then you follow through.

It's a characteristic that is less and less common today.

Very impressive!

The main question is though -- how does your body FEEL now? Do you feel the same? Do you feel more healthy? Any previous problems going away? (eg hard to breathe, lack of breath doing day-to-day chores....etc....)

Great job getting your goal straight!

Keep up the great work, you're already on the road a more satisfying and healthy life!
You will love yourself for doing this 10 years down the road from now.

If your diet is just removing food, then you just had a simple excess of calories. As long as you keep losing lbs, your not in excess anymore, so keep it up! If you start to slow down or stop altogether, you may need to reduce the calories a little more and maybe do a morning jog or something to get over the plateau.

Well at least you got through the whole "Chubby Skinhead" phase... Now you're down to a modest Jimmy Kimmel... and let's face it: He's got Sarah Silverman...

Considering I don't watch TV unless it is History Channel, Learning Channel, ESPN, or Cartoon Network.... I don't know who either of those are.

First glimpse of the title made me think of something different... (just saw American Pie, kinda screwed me up, well, screwed me up more.)

Congrats, in the words of Zach Galifianakis "You look like a young Santa Clause"

Hey, even though you still have a little way to go to reach your goal, atleast you dropped out of that "OMG ITS COMING TOWARDS US" area. Be proud of yourself.
