Questions on DSL

Hey I'm trying DSL (Damn Small Linux) and I'm trying to figure out how to actually install it onto my usb flash drive so I can boot straight into it without using a virtual machine while inside windows.

And yes.... My system does support booting from USB

I'll admit im a noob when it comes to linux so if I make myself look stupid then oh well...
