HELP NO SCREEN

Just got my E3110 A P5N motherboard , 4gb of gskill ram and the zeus 550 power supply. and the 8800GTS video card, but i put everything in and no screen. Acer 22" WS just says no signal and i dont know what to do. I tried clearing the RAM but is there anything special maybe i need to do like get the hard drive jumpers set as master or something odd i need to do. Like the 12v ATX power slot on the mother board does that need to have power to it for PCIe to work. Please Help i a newbie to intel. No beeps either so im assuming CPU and RAM are fine.

did you connect the CPU auxilary power connector? It should be a 4 pin connector somewhere around the CPU. If youforget to connect this, it will produce no beeping when booting and obviously no display.
