Need help with this problem :(

I've been having weird issues ever since I've built this rig and it's always video related in some way. I just downloaded and installed the 174.74 drivers ran a 3dmark06 and this is what I got part way through...



Says out of video memory... I mean... really?

Can anyone shed some light on my situation? Anything would be appreciated.
