E8400 with p5k-e wifi

hi guys i have just got a E8400 and a p5k-e wifi board with dominator pc2-8500 2gb ram.

whats the max overclock i can achieve and can anyone show me what settings to change in the bios to achieve it

No one can tell you what max OC you can achieve, that is what your overclocking will tell you, then you can tell us by posting your findings. But my guess would be anywhere from 4ghz-5ghz depending on how much volts your willing to put into your CPU.

As far as how to overclock, there are so many E8400 overclocking guides out there, instead of getting someone to explain it all to you personaly, try google.
