Anything Better Then WinProxy??

Guys my father doesn't need his computer anymore so i wanna hook it up to share the internet, i did this before on another comp and it worked using winproxy, im just wondering is there any other program like winproxy that lets you share an internet connection and files, my main pc has win2k and the other one has winme.

WInGate is one good program for sharing internet access.... look for it at googles......
