You know, this might sounds stupid, but... I can't find it anywhere. Not even my manual.

Does anyone have any clue whether or not this board's x16 PCI-E slot is 2.0 or 1.1?

I couldn't find it on the website, not in my manual... And google turned up enough garbage that was non-relevant to make my eyes bleed.

So, long story short, anyone know?

I'm sure it's 2.0 for support of the newer video cards. It's also backwards compatible

Well, it just worries me since I can't seem to find any documentation on it.

Back in the day when AGP was still king, I had bought a Shuttle board that didn't say whether it was 4x or 8x. I just assumed it was 8x since it didn't say. But, lo and behold, it ended up being a 4x max. I just don't want to deal with that again. lol

It's probably 1.x like other motherboards with p35 chipest.

I didn't even think about it when I bought it. Way to go, me. Oh well.

Our vid cards are not bottlenecked by that because they dont have enough stuff to use pcie2.0 more than they would 1.0.

I guess I just kind of assumed that it'd be 2.0 without thinking.

2.0 on the mobo's is good for the future when cards will have to have that kind of speed.
