region free software question

what program would I use to change the region of a dvd so I can play it on my stand alone.... I know Ive read it somewhere but cant seem to find it again. If someone can point me in the right direction or tutorial I would be apericated.

There aren't that many software out there that can do it on the fly. There's AnyDVD and DVD Region-Free. AnyDVD being the most popular between the two. The other alternative is to use a decrypter, such as DVDFab Decrypter, and it will copy the DVD's content onto your HDD and remove the protection. From there you can watch it without any region restriction and you could reburn it onto another DVD media with ImgBurn as well.
