Booting with GPU OC

I used Rivatuner to apply my OC, now if I reboot my system I always have to click allow in that annoying dialog (I think it's user account control?) so the overclock actually gets applied.
Is there another way to apply the OC or a way to turn user account control off?

I tried nTune but that always gives me BSOD when I try to open it (although I DLed the vista x64 compatible version?)

You could either turn off UAC, I don't know how to do that though because I don't have Vista, or you could flash the card with the OC settings you use.
