polygamist trials?

I am all about a fair trial, this is America. However, what is with the "evidence" they need? I am no legal expert but when you have 12 and 13 year olds with numerous children. You can clearly do the math and see that she the camp has been having sex with these minor's.

Yes. But. The United States Constitution guarantees your right to counsel, your right to have legal summons power and question your witnesses and confront your accusers, the right to a fair trial and jury of your peers and a prohibition against punishments cruel and unusual, as well as the right to protection against unreasonable search and seizure. If we accelerated the process and abridged ANY those rights in this instance, we would stand on a slippery slope, and what little integrity was left in our political process would be lost.

This.

Though I find the actions morally reprehensible, it doesn't take away their Constitutional right to have a fair and legal trial. Also, we only get ONE go at this so they better do it right since double jeopardy doesn't fly, so it should be as thorough as possible.
