max stable FSB for any 45nm CPU?

First you need to realize that 4 cores are harder to overclock than 2 cores. You are limited to the FSB of the weakest one.

Any 45nm CPU is too general, 45nm Quads aren't getting very high FSBs, 45nm duals are flying 500FSB+, which CPU you thinking about exactly?
