What exactly does this mean?
This is with 512 not 768 as in Signature..
Does this mean my memory sucks?

Well, you are using pc 133, and with that chipset, I don't think that those numbers are out of line. Scroll down in Sandra and compare your scores to a similar chipset/memory type.

they new way is to get a DDR board, that uses DDR Ram, its he pc1600,2100,2400,2700 stuff. It pump double the SDRAM rate. Up and Down the memory river so to speak, no just down the river like SDRAM. IT is not a huge gain, but still you will notice differences. i Dont know much SDRAm that will do over 170 FSB?
