How much volts can I give my RAM?

I'm hoping to get a 5ghz screenie and I need to know how much volts I can give my RAM.

According to CPU-Z this is my part number:

f2-6400cl4-1gbpk

I can't find any info about what brand of chips these have or how much voltage I can give them.

The SPD listed in CPU-Z is 5-5-5-15 @1.8v for 400mhz but I know they are 4-4-4-12 @400 with I think 1.9-2.1v. I'm still not 100% about that though.

I'm going to need at least 555fsb out of them so I hope I can give them quite a bit.

Thanks for any help

EDIT: According to this site: http://ramlist.ath.cx/ddr2/ I either have PowerChip, Elpidas, or Promos on board. I don't know how to figure out which but I have run these chips at 5-5-5-15 @2.35v for benching around 515-520fsb. I haven't given them more volts or tried for any higher though.

Usually I go with the color that the bios gives. Red for me is bad, green is perfect, and grey is for when I run them stock.

Do your bios have the same color thing? Usually the colors change depending on what memory you have and its max voltage.

Yeah, it has colors. I run it in the red for my 24/7 settings. I think they are getting 2.15v right now to run 450fsb @ 4-4-4-12.

If you plan on using them for longer time in passinve way, 2.1v or 2.2v. Above that use active cooling but don't go beyond 2.3-2.4v.

Dang...in that case, I have no clue lol...

Btw, sorry for thread jack, but that link you gave is nice...
Heres what I get for my ram.

PC2-6400 Ballistix Tracer
P/N ending with .16FDx

4.0-4-4-12 @ 2.2V

Micron D9GMH (B6-3)
Micron D9GCT (B6-37E) (possible)
Micron D9GKX (B6-25E) (possible)
Micron D9DQW (BT-37E)

What do the colors mean? The D9DQW is red, and all the others are green. How do I know which chip is in my ram btw? Which chip is the best overclocker? Which is worst?

This is just a quick boot for a screenie.

I don't have a fan blowing directly on it, but the case is open, the window is open (it is 60f outside) and I have a ton of case fans blowing on the motherboard.

Think I'd still be alright with 2.4v if only for 5 minutes or so at a time?

Go and put a desk fan blowing into the pc, and relocate a few fans pumping air onto the ram. You will most likely get 2.4-2.45 for under 10 minutes.

i dont think you really want to go above 2.1V. some ram can do 2.2V, but i'd say thats the max if you want any life out of your ram (of course this will varry slightly with brands)
