Which cheap tv/monitor would you get?

Browsing through newegg and looking for a cheap tv/monitor to hook up to pc. I am mostly caring about to use as a PC monitor but I also use it for everything else. I just dont use the tv nearly as much as the computer. Looking at these two models to use.
