Help striker II extreme

I recently updated from bios 0402 to 0702 and WAS going to do some ocing. As soon as I updated I had no stability (hard freezes, not posting, sometimes booting to windows and then bsod). I flashed back to 0602 and now can run windows but have no stability as soon as the system becomes loaded (can run on instance of prime but thats about it). With 0402 I just used the cpu level up and was running at QX9650 with no problems at all and cool temps. Everything now is at stock settings and auto. I ran memtest86+ on all sticks individually 2 passes with no errors but when I test with all sticks I get a random freeze everytime. I haven't touched the mb other than the previous level up. The board is less than one month old. Is my board my new doorstop?

evga 9800gtx
OCZ 900watt
liquid cooling cpu and nb

Memory voltage correct?

edit:Meaning, it may have enough voltage for one stick but not for four.

I left the settings on auto. I'm looking around right now for voltages.

I didn't have any problems with 0402
