NetGear DG834G v3 And PS3

Hi

I've been looking for a router and saw this on Ebay brand new anyways I've been scanning the web for info if it would work for my PS3. I have read in the past that NetGear routers can be a pain for dropping connections just wondering if anyone has 1 of these or has used one.

The latest Uk firmware is 4.01.28 I think, I checked it out and from a google search result & they reported that this caused problems with WPA protocol and the PS3 but it worked before they updated.

I am after a router as I am sharing a dial up ADSL modem and for £20 can't go wrong.

What's that? 50 bucks? Send me 25 pounds and I'll mail you a WRT54G. Works great with my PS3. I don't particularly trust most netgear products.

Ooooh... Scratch that. 25 pounds is only worth $48 now. I guess the dollar must be dragging EVERYTHING down with it.
