Budget media setup

I'd like to build a budget media setup with a leftover graphics card I have (7800gt)

Budget means <$300 for everything but the GPU. This budget does not include the OS, since that'll be F/OSS.

I'm thinking:
Case w/ PSU - $60
CPU - intel - $60
Mobo - $30-50
RAM - 1gb - $20
HDD - 250gb - $60
Optical drive - $25
GPU - free
Total - $255ish

Mostly I want to know what mobo/cpu combo to go for for around that price.
I don't care that much about overclockability for this machine.
