Nope, I had Vista 64 on 680i with an 8800GTX for a good couple of months and ran into no driver issues.

My scanner didn't have 64bit drivers, but other than that I've had no issues. If you like to play Doom though, that won't work any more ;^) 16bit apps no longer work in Vista64.

just a quick warning..
i run 64 bit XP, and its great for gaming, not many issues with drivers either.
But custom mods for games, or map packs rarely work. As the mods often referance system folders or files that are in different places.
Not sure if its the same with Vista, but XP64 has 2 program files folders, one has (x86) at the end of the file name. to get some maps to work for GRAW2 & Company Of Heroes, i had to copy most of the content from the "program files (x86)" folder into the "program files" folder.

Also, MSN messenger (&live) are not supported on XP64, although i think they might be ok in Vista.

Most of the 64bit probs i have had, have been easily fixed with a google or two

There's nothing Ultimate about Ultimate except the price you pay for it.

Vista Business (which is the same as Premium I believe) is almost as feature-complete as Ultimate; I'm not missing/wanting any of the Ultimate features...

In Vista x64 there are 2 'Program Files' folders, too, one for 32bit and one for 64bit programs.

As for Windows Live messenger not working in XP 64bit, that is not true. The online installer for some reason does not allow installation under XP 64bit, but you can install Live messenger by googling and downloading the 20mb .msi file

The registry is a lot more complete in vista than xp64bit. While I had nothing but problems in xp64, Vista 64bit seems to work great since launch.
