i havent been in the computer scene for a while so this might be a stupid question.

im building my brother an office computer and i bought a cheap am2 x2 4800 cpu and a ecs crappy mobo combo from frys. im using his old antec 350w power supply and when i plug it into the mobo theres 24 pins instead of 20 pins. is it ok to just leave those 4 pins open or what do i do?

The other four pins are for extra 12 volt lines. If it is not crashing, you are good to go. If it gets "crashy" then you know what to do...
