Here are my specs:
Cpu: q9300 @2.5 @ 1.175v
Gpu: Evga 8800 gt 512 oc
Ram: OCZ pc28500 @ 800mhz
HD: Standard @ 320g
Heatsink: Rosewill Z3
Case: Antec 900/wow alot of fans
Ok the thing is that im trying to oc my cpu, but the temps does not seem to be correct, I adjusted the heatsink/applied thermal paste like 3 times, and the temps are idle at 53, 53, 50, 50, using Coretemps.
OC @ 3.0 ghz with 1.215v, temps are still idle at 53, 53, 50, 50, even increasing the speeds on all my fans to max, still the temps are the same, and at 100% load it increases to 63-69.
I don't get why my temp don't go down, any explanation
Sorry folks for the troublesome thread, I dint quite understand the delta to max thing with the quads, but now I have a slight idea, thx for taking the time to look at this thread.
