OC Q9300 help?

Hi I recently purchased and built up a computer from Newegg. I am new to all of this and have been reading around about overclocking

Basically I wanted to know if anyone has been able to peak 3.2ghz or something along those lines with this Processor and if so could you let me know what FSB/voltage you changed in the bios?

I have an 780i motherboard and right now everything is pretty cool as far as heat goes.

So if you could give me any tips I would greatly appreciate it.

I also am running a 9800gtx and 4gigs (2x2g) of ocz reaper ram at 1066mz

I am running vista ULT 32bit but plan to update to 64 when more of my ness driver come out

My PSU is 1000w

and if this also helps my idle for cpu is 20-27c
