Motherboard for Unraid server questions

I am looking to get a motherboard to build an unraid server and have a question that searching hasn't seemed to answer.

Does anyone know which motherboards have their sata port on the pcie bus and not the pci bus? Or does anyone know how to find out which ones do?

it is the same bus AFAIK

But the pcie runs at 100mhz while the pci runs at 33 mhz. Using pcie will allow more data to travel through the bus.
