Problems with Raw Dump..... Help please

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

I received this error on 2 workstations. One with Windows 2003 installing BDD/WDS, the other was on an old MCE 2005 setup.

The MCE 2005 was fixed by downloading and installing the J# SDK & .NET SDK. Unfortunately, I can not recall how this error was fixed on my Windows 2003 server. Will search through my notes.
