Should cooler=less voltage

I was wondering if I improve cooling should that allow me to decrease my voltage.

eh with air or water it will be very minimal if no voltage decrease if at all... only time you will see needing less voltage for a clock is when your talking sub zero or close to sub zero temps....

Who cares if it does do you plan on having this same chip in 4 years let alone one ?

I guess I'm lucky if this thing stays in my system for another 4 months.
