I would consider putting the rad barbs up top. Barbs at the bottom is going to make bleeding a real pain. And I don't think that tubing will fit through the card slots at the bac, if that's what you were planning to do.

Good to see ya planning, not enuff peeps do that.

I also would recommend mounting the rad with the barbs up, especially since there no bleed hole on rads. Your air will collect at the top of the rad with the barbs down no matter what you do.

Also, I would recommend the MCR320 over the Black Ice rads especially given Martinm210's recent testing of the MCR320.

well right off the bat by going with 7/16th it will reduce the likely hood of leaks but always do a leak test.
