i use 8.6 for hd3850 and works perfect. ppd is about 2.1K with core/mem = 760/900mhz

I mean good ones!

My 4850 averages 1500ppd
My 8800 averages 5000ppd

i don't have time playing around with those drivers. yeah, nvidia is king of folding right now. I hope stanford releases big WUs so ATI will show the power of shaders
by the way my hd3850 couple with [email protected] that's why my PPD is a bit high. why your 4850 ppd is too low ?

I don't know, cause ATI drivers don't fold very good.
