Can anybody provide a chart or a percentage with the performance decrease from x8/x8 or x16/x16. I have searched then internet and found nothing.

You mean P35? It seriously bottlenecked my 2 3850s so it will really hurt those dogs.

Yup its just not worth it. You better off wait for the cheaper 4870X2 variant card.
