New build need memory help

I was hoping that I could get some help in deciding which memory to use.
I have purchased everything, but the memory. Right now I have 2 1 gig sticks of the memory in picture number 1. I can buy 2 2gig sticks of the memory in picture 2 for 20.00. Which of the two would you suggest I use with this setup?

agreed.. but what u gonna do with the ram u already have? 6gb for 32bit os is useless, stick w/ 2gb.. and $20 for 4gb of ram?? a/r?

? It will definitely be a few years before I will be going to a 64 bit system.
