Linked or unlinked?

I plan on buying some Corsair DDR2-1066 memory for an upcoming build.

Generally speaking, is it better to keep the ram linked 1:1 with a FSB of, say 425, or just unlink the ram and have it run at it's rated 1066 speed?

Link for the time being. If you ask me, find the max clock (Ghz) for your CPU then tweak the RAM settings. Sometimes unlink helps, sometimes it does not. Use stranda (forgot exactly) to check bandwidth etc.
