what mobo? Q6600 water cooled

I will try to explain what I am doing so that you may better recommend a mother board for me.

My goal was everything under 30db and to be able to overclock, hence the H2O.

Lian-li a77a case
3 x 120mm 1200rpm 56cfm intake front over HDD’s
2 top 67cfm scythe top mated to a swiftech 220 rad exhaust
1 rear 56cfm exhaust
650watt corsair psu bottome rear exhaust
Q6600 with apogee GT
BFG 8800gts (G92) with swiftech MCW60-R and copper ram heat sink package
Swiftech 350pump 3/8 hosing
Running 4 year old 36gig raptor for operating system
Two 320gig seagates for games raid
3 other random HD’s for storage
OCZ reaper (most likely I love OCZ. Speed depends on what the mobo I get can run and what you guys recommend)

This is a silent build so not extreme OCing here, but I don’t want anything limiting me, just temps.

What the mobo needs to have
I like msi, asus, and would consider gigabyte due to what I have heard.
8sata ports, I already am ready to fill 6 of them.
overclock. I would like to see 4Ghz but don’t think that will happen with my simple low cfm water system. I would settle for 3.6 like everyone else is doing.
3-5 year warranty.

Price is no object but I don’t need anything super fancy, just need a good solid tried and true mobo.

Also let me know if I am forgetting something.

Thanks a lot
