upgrading need help

Hi everyone iam the process of upgrading my motherboard my current setup is amd 64x2-6000 ,xfx8800gt,xfi fatality1,antec triopower 550w,4 gig of ram i thin is running at 667mhz ,m2n sli deluxe with windows vista home premium,my questio is will upgrading the motherboard to asusM3N78 will give me any performance improvement,i notice this board has pciE2.0 mine has 1.0.And if anyone can recomended another motherboard nonsli.

I would say you wouldn't really see any improvement, but I could be wrong

I would suggest upgrading the memory before the MB if you are indeed running 667 sticks.

yes my ram is pc2 5300 running at 667mhz,this is my board specs on ram DDR2 1066 (AM2+) and DDR2 800 (AM2) memories, wich 1 should i get.iam alitle comfusen would i be able to get the 10669AM2+.
