Hi Guys,

don't know if you can help me, but here goes.

I recently upgraded my hardware and software.
I have a P35-DS3L with 2 gig RAM, a XFX9600 GT and a E8200, running Vista 32-bit Home Premium. The Soundcard is one I've used for years now and it's a Soundblaster Audigy LS and it never had any performance problems. Now I've noticed I'm getting bad choppy sound every now and then like the System can't handle the amount of audio sampling. I'm getting this in games, youtube, apple trailers, .....

Does anyone have an idea where to look, is it drivers, parameters, BIOS, .....

regards R

You could try different drivers. There's recently updated drivers at Creative's site. You might also want to use Driver Cleaner or something similar to make sure it's totally uninstalled and CrapCleaner to make sure no registry bits left regarding those.
