This is my first overclock and my bios does not look like some of the others that I can find.

I have:
Blood Iron P35-T2RL
E8500 400@9x = 3600.2 MHz
OCZ Reaper Ram 2x1 @PC 8500
Xigma-Tek HDT-S1283

I don't understand the Voltage Language in the Bios

CPU VID Special Add Auto
DRAM Voltage Control 2.100V
SB 1.05V Voltage 1.150V
SB Core/CPU PLL Voltage 1.95V
NB Core Voltage 1.33
CPU VTT Voltage 1.120V
Clockgen Voltage Control 3.45V

CPU Core Voltage 1.20V
Dram Voltage 2.11V
NB Core Voltage 1.31V
CPU VTT Voltage 1.13V

I have run Core Temp and get a temp of 42C on idle and when I run Prime95 using both cores, it goes to 66C.

essentially heres how it works. more voltage = more stable = more heat = possible killing of components

Dram- voltage for ram
SB - Southbridge voltage- can help if a system is semi stable
NB - Northbridge - a little bump is needed for high FSBs. Limit of 1.55
CPU VTT- can help with stability but too much can fry a chip, take it easy with it

Those temps are a bit high tho, maybe a higher cfm fan?
