which one can i overclock and how ?

I have those sticks and i dunno witch one to overclock and how to do that
am using P4 3.0 GHZ
Intel 915GAV MotherBoard
Windows Vista MSDN Version
I wanna know how to arrange my rams in the sockets
and how to get best performance from them
also if u recommand me to sell or replace one of them which one would I replace

you forgot to mention what modules you have

if im not mistaken that mb wont allow for ocing,will it?
