Windows Vista home premium 32bit activation issues-- please help!!

I built my new pc yesterday, and used an older copy of vista home premium 32bit that was in use on my older computer. I uninstalled it from my older pc, and put it on my new pc, but then i get a message saying: "this copy of windows vista is already in use, to activate windows, you need another vista home premium key, and then gives me options to either buy one, try again, activate via phone, or call tech support. What should I do. If 30 days goes by without activation, my pc stops working. Thanks to those who can help.

Use the phone-based activation method, and make sure you have your installation ID available when you call.

Yeah, use the phone option. I used that option for my business after I reinstalled it few too many times.
