640GB Seagates

I must have been under a rock recently but I just come across these last night on newegg. Everyone keeps talking about the 640GB WD but I haven't heard a peep about these guys. Personally I only buy Seagates due to the fact I have never had one fail and the longer warranty. How do they stack up performance wise? How about noise?

they have had the 7200.11 320gb single platter drives out for a while so its a no brainer they stick 2 320gb platters on a single drive. performance is pretty good STR should be very close to the of the WD 640 as the same number of platters and heads are used.

I also saw these on newegg, Samsung has a 640GB too now. But I wouldn't buy a HDD from them.
