1 to 1 Video Conferencing

Does anyone know of any 1 to 1 Video Conferencing software?

Cu-Seeme is old... Anything newer?

Skype has the ability I believe. Or you could just use Netmeeting that comes with Windows. Not sure if its included with Vista, but XP has it.

Nah.. I'm looking for 1 to 1. I don't want to log into a server. I want to connect directly to the other machine.

You can do that with netmeeting.

Does skype really require an internet connection to work? It won't work over a lan? I use it and am a big fan.

Yeah, net meeting is the way to go. We used to use it all the time at work, and if you have windows, it's free!

The only downside I have found with netmeeting is it doesnt seem to like HQ cameras. It crashes now, after I installed a HQ camera.

Wjhat ports do you have to open for this to work? Or does it go over port 80?
