I have this ram in my system:

OCZ Reaper HPC 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2RPR1066A2GK

And I have this ram in my Dell that has crashed:

Hynix 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-5300U-555-12
Model HYMP512U64CP8-Y5 AB-C

Is it compatible and will it help to install it? Will it make my OCZ run slower? I have XP 32 Bit.

the first set of ram is PC2-8500 aka DDR2-1066 or 533mhzx2. the other set is PC2-5300 aka DDR2-667 or 333mhzx2. you could use them but at a much lower fsb and possibly killing the high oc you have now. not the mention XP-32 will not see the full 4gigs of ram, you would need XP-64 or vista 64 for that. i wouldnt used the ram in a nice oced rig, sell the ram or ebay or something..

Thanks for the advice. The computer needs a new powersupply and MoBo and then I can crank it up a little. The Dell MoBo is crap, so I can use the E6400 CPU and start from there.
