Not us.

[H]ardOCP got a negative 12 million point update at 3am.

http://folding.extremeoverclocking.c...ry.php?s=&t=33

that put us to 1.4 years overtake.

Of course now, when I went to get a screen shot, the EOC stats are down.

Hmm...probably fixing that. Seems like a mistake to me.

Just kind of a shocker.

How would they find out it was an illegal borg? Im willing to bet a large percentage of folding machines are illegal borgs.

I'd imagine that a complaint was filed with Stanford or something...

I'm pretty sure lots of machines are folding without the owners knowledge... the newer clients requirement for administrative privileges help with curbing this, however I doubt Stanford has any other mechanism in place besides this.

I'm going to bite the bullet, too! President Obama ordered the cabinet to cut $100 million from the 3.5 trillion federal budget. I'm so impressed by this sacrifice that I have decided to do the same thing with my personal budget. I spend about $1,000 a month in household expenses, but it's time to get out the cutting axe. I'm going to cut my spending at exactly the same ratio! It looks like instead of spending $1,000 a month, I'm going to have to cut that number by three cents. Yes, I'm going to have to get by with $999.97, but that's what sacrifice is all about. I'll just have to do without some things, that are, frankly, luxuries – three cents worth. Makes me want to double-check all my clients and make sure I've input my Passkey. I know I have it on most of them but it's always good to double-check.

I echo Mark... clients w/my name == my machines, period.

This is an awesome idea, I may enable the passkey feature on all of my machines to be safe.

Probably if you have ALOT of machines, i just got finished using the passkey on all of my clients:

3x GPU on 2x eVGA 8800GTX & 1x Palit 9800GT
3x SMP on 2 quads including 1 VM

Using logmein, it took maybe 5 minutes to cycle through my clients.

I can't stress using a passkey more now that i've done a bunch of reading.... I'm sure most of us have had a few years under our belts, paying good money to the electric gods for all of these hard earned WUs. To have that hard work zero'd is pretty scary.
