So I decided to flash my 4850's bios, it's all in another thread. I first flashed it with atiwinflash. When I got into windows i didn't get a signal. So i flashed it back with the original bios from dos. Then I decided to try flashing the bios again since now i thought i knew how to recover from a bad bios flash. Now I get no signal from my 4850!
