TDX Barbs....Is there a difference?

Ive had a Socket A TDX forever, and I just bought an unused 939 TDX from the classifieds without the barbs. The idea was to swipe the barbs from my socket A TDX and use them in the 939 TDX.
BTW both of these are the older versions that you can switch out the jets in.

Well, the barbs from the Socket A TDX are too big for the 939s lucite top.
So, did Danger Den change the barbs they used at some point, or did I get a 3/8 TDX? (I didnt ask, so its my fault anyway if I did)

Nevermind! I also had an old 478 Maze3 and the barbs from it worked!
