Personally, and I'm not a monitor expert by any means, that doesn't really do it for me. I've been drooling over this which can be had for right around $300. It looks a little on the thicker side but it sounds like a great gaming monitor.

That looks very nice. I think it may be the widescreen that makes all the difference tbh.
