x1950 problems freezing up

i recently bought a 2nd 1950xtx and im running dual displays 1 monitor to each card and my pc has been locking up when i play games or watch a movie... i tried disabling the new card and its still freezes up....so i tried disabling the other one and it still freezes up....... does anyone know why this would be happening and how i could fix it

i also installed that dual core optimizer the same day or 1 day before i got the card has anyone eles had a problem with the optimizer .... i uninstalled it and im waiting to see if the problem keeps going
