4870 vista 64 or xp 32 ?

im in the situation were i am seriously going to kick the hell out of my new sapphire 4870
vista 64 8.7 and 8.8 drivers are doing nothing to help
now question is, do i reinstall xp until i see a definate fix / nobody on here mentioning 64bit issues

are xp32 drivers more stable then vista 64bit

Actually your in luck...they just released a beta 8.9 driver...I would definetly advise you to try the 8.9 drivers...these drivers so far have been the most stabiliest drivers I have ran since way back in the 4 and 5 driver years...

Definetly stay with X64 if these drivers work out as well for you as them have so far for me...

message during installation, missing inf file
continued with install all ok atm
