Final decision on motherboard purchase help

Hello,

I have narrowed down to this final decision on purchasing the mb for my Q6600 upgrade. The price is within my range. Need recommendation before hitting the buy button. The price between P35 and P43 is $10.

P35:
GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L
ASUS P5K SE EPU - P35

P43/P45:
GIGABYTE GA-EP43-DS3L
ASUS P5QL PRO - P43
MSI P45 Neo-F

I'd go with a p45 mobo if you want to OC a quad. Is the P5Q out of the question?

I picked up the P5Q Pro and have had no problems. Very easy to overclock and its already been a really stable board for me! I read alot about boards and its gotten rave reviews on here. Id give it a try.
