Dual MSI HD4870, now one's fan squeals?

Out of nowhere today I start to hear this high pitched squeal. It got louder and louder. I heard ot coming from my tower. Turned off the pc, checked to make sure nothign is vibrating or interfering with a spinning fan. I restarted and OMG when the 2 4870s spin up full speed my ears nearly started to bleed and I was in the next room! I went in (ran of course) thinking some pig was just slaughtered and I open it up, touch the fan of the top 4870 (primary) and the squeal stops when the fan stopped. I lowered my profile to 25%, can't hear it, go back up to 50% and SQUEAL! Any ideas? Anyone else have this? There's nothing in the fan or near it either, no ideas...

FIXED! The thin plastic "wrap" or whatever over the whole card, I guess the glue started to melt or whatever (card is at 50% fan, about 42C idle) and the plastic was being pulled into the fan when it was at high speeds and would squeal. When it was off and at low speeds I couldn't even see the plastic being pulled in...So for future reference, might want to remove that plastic wrap or whatever, it looks as though it's only purpose is to make the cover look shiny and protect against scratches or whatever...Removed from second card as well...

Upon further inspection, looks like the plastic is only a static cling, not even glued on...weird?
