Does upgrading drives improve frames per second ingames?

Does upgrading drives improve frames per second ingames?


Im curious as to how updating drivers improve the overall performance of thegraphics card. Thanks

Once the files load, absolutely none.

What do youy mean once the files load? i checked my 3dmark 06 and i noticedf now i get about 13750vs about 13600 before.

That is purely fluctuation from the tests. Run it a few times in a row and I'm sure you will see around/below 13600

Once the files are loaded into RAM, there is no performance to gain from the HDD.

i think he was actually talking about DRIVERS even though the title of the thread says DRIVES
