95* or 100* Tj max for 45nm parts?

A friend of mine on a different forum wrote this..

"Apparently, RealTemp is the correct tempurature since it uses 95* for the TJ max (which is correct for the 45nm parts)."

Is this true? Realtemp and Coretemp should be @ 95* for 45nm parts?

We should all know later this month for sure. Noone knows for sure, but supposedly its 100* although I dont think alot of people change it within RT (so their temperatures show lower than they actually are). I use CT and its set to 100 by default.
