Building a New PC Help!

Ok so I'm building a new pc and I hope the stuff I chose will work well. How would this build be for starting to get into high-powered pcs?


The only thing I'm iffy about right now is the GFX card but its a gift from someone so I was on a budget. I figure I'll save up soem cash and buy a 4870 at a later date. How is the cooling on this pc? would I be able to safely overclock? Or should I wait till I'm a bit more experienced to try something like that?

Looks okay, but i'd changed the motherboard for something of a P45 chipset.
