Check out my server setup

Hey guys,
Its been a while since I've been on the boards but I'm ready to build another machine and I want to get your input on what you think. The purpose of this computer is only to act as an ftp and ssh server for my fraternity house, so I just wanted the cheapest/bare-bones as possible setup. Let me know what you think of this setup and if you think I should switch any of the components.

Are you going to use the PSU that came with the case? I would spend a couple extra $$$ to maybe get an earthwatts PSU instead of risking buying everything again down the road, especially since the case is $30 and that includes the PSU.

Or get an Antec case that comes with a PSU. A much better case and a solid PSU for $90 seems like a fair deal. Is 640GB's enough? My fraternity house had several terabytes and that was 5 years ago, and we only had ten guys that lived in the house.

Thats true. I don't know how your fraternity house is, but a sturdy case might be a good idea.

Thanks for your replies.. I was thinking of getting 2 of the hdd's that I mentioned. I'm trying to find out exactly what our budget is but I was going to try and go as cheap as possible. Also, a sturdy case is a good idea, this is like animal house. Thanks again.

You might want to consider a beer-proof case too.

I would get a Dell PE SC440
